Thursday, August 1, 2002- Anna reluctantly gives Leo a rude awakening when he returns from his honeymoon
with Greenlee, and Jackson presses Leo to help him.
- Friday,
August 2, 2002- Brooke returns to Edmund and broaches upon the truth when Edmund announces
his unwillingness to accept a relationship built on lies. Anna, David, Leo,
Maggie and Trey share different emotions as Vanessa awakes from her
coma.
- Monday,
August 5, 2002- Edmund asks Brooke to move into Wildwind and she
agrees. Edmund assures Brooke he wants to be with her and Brooke almost
confesses her secret. "Maria" arrives in the park and is unsettled at
seeing Wildwind in the distance. "Maria's" belongings are stolen and
she comes face to face with a helping Aidan.
- Tuesday,
August 6, 2002- Brooke is not pleased when Edmund announces his plans to go to
Nevada to meet the woman Brooke investigated.
- Monday,
August 12, 2002- Aidan flares when Kendall
mentions the mystery woman (Maria) at the Pine Cone but ends up pulling Kendall
into a kiss. An agitated Brooke voices her fear that Edmund went to Nevada to
Tad, who thinks Brooke is acting irrationally. Brooke is filled with relief when
Edmund calls and she goes to meet him at the Pine Cone for a pre-wedding
surprise. "Maria" hears Edmund's voice in the next room.
- Tuesday,
August 13, 2002- "Maria"
contacts David and remembers hearing the voices of Edmund, Tad and Brooke. Anna
and David make love after he puts his concerns about "Maria" aside.
After Anna returns to duty at the station, the purse-snatcher is brought in.
David is stunned when he calls "Maria's" cell phone and hears Anna on
the other end of the line. Edmund surprises Brooke with a night of romance at
the Pine Cone and narrowly misses finding "Maria" in Aidan's room. Aidan warns Kendall to stay away from his mystery woman (Maria)
as the power is restored at Enchantment. Aidan returns to his room to find a
highly agitated Maria.
- Wednesday,
August 14, 2002- "Maria"
balks at Aidan's suggestion that she go public with her story in an effort to
recover her past. "Maria" panics when she sees Brooke at the Pine
Cone. Aidan and "Maria" decide to crash Brooke and Edmund's party at
SOS. David's nerves are frayed when he realizes Anna has "Maria's"
cell phone. David subtlety questions Anna and ascertains that "Maria"
remembers Wildwind. Brooke is confident of Edmund's love for her.
- Thursday,
August 15, 2002- "Maria" and Aidan arrive at SOS but
"Maria" bolts before going inside. After returning to the Pine Cone,
"Maria" confesses to Aidan that she is a wanted fugitive and must
remain in hiding. David breaks into Wildwind looking for "Maria" and
flashes back to convincing "Maria" to disappear five years earlier.
David is caught by a security guard and Anna is stunned to find David when she
arrives to investigate. Tad questions Brooke's newfound attitude to put the
events in Nevada to rest.
- Friday,
August 16, 2002- David insists to Anna that he is an innocent
victim. Anna makes the decision to believe in her husband. Anna learns she is
pregnant and her heart falls when she realizes David lied about the incident at
Wildwind. "Maria" returns to SOS but runs away before anyone sees her.
"Maria" arrives at the park remembering Wildwind as Brooke agrees to
spend the night at the mansion with Edmund. Brooke is grateful for her and
Edmund's happiness as "Maria" prepares to knock on the door at
Wildwind. Kendall is drawn to Aidan. Tad fills Joe in on the events that
happened in Nevada. Joe refuses Tad's request to help him access "Maureen
Gorman's" hospital records. A new intern mistakes Tad for Jake and helps
him retrieve the records, along with a photo of "Maureen Gorman."
- Monday,
August 19, 2002- Tad receives the photo of Maureen Gorman and
takes it to Brooke, who is greatly relieved to see the image of Maria's
lookalike and not Maria. David prevents "Maria" from entering Wildwind
and scurries her away to the mausoleum before anyone sees them. David urges
"Maria" not to try to remember her past as "Maria's" eyes
land on the plaque with the name Maria Santos Grey. Anna's curiosity is
piqued when Aidan tells her about "Maureen."
- Tuesday,
August 20, 2002- Edmund assures Brooke that his heart belongs to
her alone. Brooke melts when Maddie wants to start calling her
"Mommy." Brooke and Edmund anticipate their wedding. David scrambles
to cover his tracks under "Maria's" intense questioning. David spins a
tale and explains to "Maureen" that she killed Maria, a young mother,
in a jealous rage. David stops "Maria" from turning herself in with
the claim she has a child of her own. David convinces "Maria" to flee
to Mexico. "Maria" is suspicious of David's story and experiences a
strong memory of the plane crash.
- Thursday,
August 22, 2002- After leaving the chapel, "Maria"
sneaks into Wildwind and secretly spies on a close moment between Brooke and
Maddie. Hayley and Phoebe help calm an anxious Brooke on her wedding day. Tad
and Edmund make amends. Anna's search for "Maureen" proves fruitless
but she is shocked when a police officer says that David had been seen with
"Maureen" at the airport. David continues to lie to Anna, who is
privately hurt by his deception. Brooke and Edmund's wedding begins.
- Friday,
August 23, 2002- Anna covers her secret in front of David. Anna
admits to Maggie that she loves David despite his faults. Brooke is
overwhelmed during the wedding ceremony. A hidden Maria is confused when she
sees David at the wedding. "Maria" comes face to face with someone
from her past in the Wildwind mausoleum.
- Monday,
August 26, 2002- "Maria" is
confused when Maddie calls her Mommy. A hidden "Maria" gains more
insight as she listens to Isabella pour her heart out at Maria's crypt. Maddie
tries to make Edmund believe that "Maria" has returned. Brooke's world
crashes around her as she admits to Edmund that Maddie is telling the truth.
Anna questions Tad and sees a connection between David and Maureen Gorman.
- Tuesday,
August 27, 2002- Brooke confesses to Edmund that she saw
"Maria" in Nevada and that "Maria" appeared to have lost her
memory. Brooke makes a heartfelt apology in front of Maria's crypt and soon
comes face to face with "Maria" in the chapel. Tad learns David had
been seen with Maureen Gorman. Anna confronts David about his association with
Maureen. David sweats bullets as Tad informs Anna about the Maureen/Maria
connection.
- Wednesday,
August 28, 2002- David is caught in his web of lies when Tad and
Anna see a photo of "Maria" with the words "Maureen Gorman"
written underneath. Anna refuses to hear David out and leaves with Tad to search
for Maria. Desperate to contact "Maria," David hides his files and is
detained by a policewoman sent by Anna. David flashes back to treating a near
death Maria after the crash and drugs the watchful cop. Tad questions Anna's

calls Jackson.
