- Tuesday, July 20, 1999-
Dimitri called Edmund from Europe and said that
he was coming home with an amazing surprise. Edmund told Brooke about
Dimitri's return and they all speculated what he wanted to celebrate.
- Friday, July 23, 1999-
Edmund and Gillian looked forward to Dimitri's homecoming. Jack, Erica and
Brooke joined Edmund and Gillian and everyone became concerned when they learned
that there was a problem with Dimitri's plane and they headed to the airfield.
The group became upset when they saw a medical team rush to the plane after it
landed. Edmund, Brooke, Jack, Erica and Gillian were stunned when Dimitri was
taken off the plane on a gurney and rushed to the hospital. Once they had gone,
a beautiful woman entered the waiting area from the airfield.
- Monday, July 26, 1999-
Edmund, Jack, Brooke, Erica and Gillian waited helplessly as Dimitri was rushed
into the emergency room and were later stunned when the doctors said that they
couldn't save Dimitri. A grief stricken Edmund said a poignant goodbye to
Dimitri. Edmund demanded that an autopsy be performed on Dimitri in order to
ascertain the cause of death, but the mystery woman stepped forward and
protested.
- Tuesday, July 27, 1999-
Edmund was stunned when the mysterious woman at the hospital told him that her
name was Alexandra and she was Dimitri's wife. Alexandra offered a disbelieving
Edmund proof that she and Dimitri were married and decided to take Dimitri's
body back to Europe. At the airport, Edmund and Jack prevented Alexandra from
leaving with Dimitri's body. Scene

- Wednesday, July 28, 1999-
Alexandra was won over by Edmund's passionate plea and agreed to take
Dimitri's body to Wildwind. Later, Alexandra remembered Dimitri's collaspe on
the plane. Erica, Gillian and Brooke were stunned when Edmund returned to
Wildwind with Alexandra and it was clear Erica didn't trust Alexandra. While she
was alone Alexandra made a mysterious phone call to the doctor at Sea View
hospital. Later, Brooke was touched when she saw Alexandra lovingly going
through Dimitri's belongings.
- Thursday, July 29, 1999-
Edmund admitted to Jack that he was disturbed about Dimitri's sudden marriage to
Alexandra and said that it didn't feel right to him. A compassionate Brooke took
Alexandra to the Hunting Lodge and tried to give her some insight into Edmund.
Brooke left when Alexandra received a phone call. Alexandra proceeded to tell
someone named "Sean" about what happened on the plane. Jake was
stunned when Gillian told him about Dimitri. Jake comforted Gillian as she
remembered Dimitri and she turned down Jake's offer to call Ryan.
- Friday, July 30, 1999-
David comforted an emotional Erica over Dimitri's death. Erica told David about
how she met and married Dimitri. Later, a shaken Erica thanked David for his
support, but told him she needed to be alone to break the news to Bianca. Edmund
agreed to wait until the funeral to view Dimitri's body, but continued to harbor
doubts about Alexandra. Edmund was shocked when he discovered that both
Dimitri's coffin and Alexandra were missing.
- Monday, August 2, 1999-
Alexandra remembered her wedding to Dimitri while resting at the hunting lodge.
Dimitri said special vows that brought tears to Alexandra's eyes. Edmund tracked
down Alexandra and demanded to know what she had done with Dimitri's body.
Alexandra told Edmund that she had taken Dimitri's body to the funeral home and
then showed him a copy of Dimitri's death certificate. Alone, Alexandra spoke
with a doctor and they both agreed that Dimitri's casket could never be opened. Hayley and Mateo ran into each other at Wildwind and embraced
over their shared grief for Dimitri. Scene

Alex steals a
photo of Maddie and has a flashback of talking to Dimitri about
having a child together. Scene

Edmund asked Gillian to stay at Wildwind and urged Ryan to be mindful of
Gillian's feelings. Ryan was more than willing to comfort Gillian and he held
her in his arms.
- Wednesday, August 11, 1999-
Edmund told Jack that he still had suspicions about Alexandra. Edmund realized
that Alexandra had stolen a photo of Maddie and rushed to check on his daughter.
Alexandra later apologized for taking the photo and explained to Edmund that it
had given her comfort as she remembered Dimitri talk about his love for Edmund's
children. At the hospital, Alexandra froze when she heard David's voice and hid
so he wouldn't see her. Edmund asked Alexandra for a copy of Dimitri's medical
records to show Joe. Scene

Edmund had a strong reaction when he heard Alexandra talking about Dimitri's
death and was surprised by her use of medical jargon. Alexandra later told
Brooke about the time she had spent with Dimitri. Edmund told Brooke he was
still determined to find out more about Alexandra. Scene

- Friday, August 13, 1999-
Mateo and Raquel return from Texas and head to Wildwind to offer Edmund their
condolences. Mateo privately admits to Edmund how he hasn't been able to stop
thinking about Hayley.
- Tuesday, August 17, 1999-
Jackson comes to Wildwind to speak with Alex about scheduling the reading of
her late husband's will. Alex informs Jackson that she and her husband had new
wills drawn up shortly after their nuptials. Still struggling to make sense of
his brother's sudden death, Edmund asks Joe to give him a candid opinion of
Dimitri's widow. Joe agrees to question Alexandra about Dimitri's death while
Edmund listens. Later, Alex snaps at Edmund for painting her as a fraud. David
arrives at the hospital to check on Dixie and is shocked to see Alexandra
leaving Joe's office.
- Wednesday,
August 18, 1999-
Edmund and Tad talked about the tragedy of Dimitri's death and Dixie's
miscarriage. Later, Edmund told Brooke about how upset Alexandra was when Dr.
Joe questioned her about the time before Dimitri died. Brooke told Edmund it was
time to let it go and trust Alexandra. Alexandra became alerted when Gillian
told her that Edmund had been looking through Maria's medical books. Edmund's
suspicions of Alexandra were renewed when he discovered that Dimitri had changed
his will. Alexandra privately searched through some of the medical books and
ended up dashing out with a book when she heard a noise.
- Friday,
August 20, 1999-
Alexandra saw her picture in Maria's medical book and tore the page from the
book. Alexandra agreed to get a copy of Dimitri's will for Edmund. Later, Edmund
found a page missing from the medical book and went to confront Alexandra.
- Monday,
August 23, 1999-
Edmund confronted Alexandra about the missing page from Maria's medical book.
Alexandra denied any knowledge of the missing page and later realized that there
was another copy of the book in the hospital library. Alexandra phoned the
doctor at Seaview Hospital and warmed him that Edmund would be calling with more
questions about Dimitri's death. Edmund went to Joe and asked him to locate a
copy of the book so Edmund could see what was on the missing page. Later,
Alexandra went to the hospital and was caught by David when she tried to sneak
out with the book.
- Tuesday,
August 24, 1999-
David questioned Alexandra and was intrigued when she lied about their
connection in front of Edmund. Edmund and Alexandra returned home and Edmund
explained David's role in Erica's accident and also said he had destroyed
Gillian's marriage. Meanwhile, David called a friend looking for information
about Alexandra Devane. Later, David arrived at Wildwind to talk to Alexandra.
- Wednesday,
August 25, 1999-
David questioned Alexandra about why she had pretended not to know him in front
of Edmund. Alexandra promised David that she wasn't keeping any secrets, but
asked for David's discretion regarding her past. Later, Alexandra feared that
David would expose her secret when Edmund suddenly arrived.
- Thursday,
August 26, 1999-
Alexandra admitted to Edmund that she and David knew each other. Later,
Edmund was shocked to discover that Alexandra was a doctor and began to wonder
if she had allowed Dimitri to die. Edmund voiced his suspicions to Alexandra and
began to call the police, but a frantic Alexandra stopped him and offered to
tell him the truth.
- Friday,
August 27, 1999-
Alexandra told Edmund that she was a neurologist and said that was how she had
originally met Dimitri. Alexandra admitted to Edmund that she had been treating
Dimitri, and told me about the blind date Dimitri had set up in order to meet
her. She then explained that he confessed and told her he wanted her to treat
him. Edmind is stunned to learn that Dimitri knew he was dying, but Edmund continued to question
Alex about Dimitri's death. Scene

August 30, 1999-
David gave Edmund some insight into Alexandra and suspected that she might have
been responsible for Dimitri's death. Meanwhile, Gillian was moved when
Alexandra spoke lovingly about her relationship with Dimitri. Edmund vowed to
Brooke and Jack that he would uncover whatever Alexandra was hiding. Alexandra
was relieved when an airport employee arrived with her missing medical bag.
Later, Edmund spied on Alexandra and saw her with a vial of mysterious fluid. Scene
