Affair: From the moment that Brooke and Edmund shared trade secrets over
coffee at McKay's, they were crazy for each other. Suddenly the controlling Ms.
English was flirting, and Edmund was only too happy to reciprocate.

Byline or Mine?: Playing Woodward and Bernstein by day and steaming up the
sheets at night worked well for the ace reporters. Soon Brooke was ready to
print the engagement announcement, especially when she saw how great this knight
in ink-stained armor was with her son, Jamie. She had found Camelot with this
man. As for Edmund, well, life with Brooke was much better than dodging bullets
in some war-torn country. Writer's
Block: Edmund became fixated on proving he was Hugo Marick's illegitimate
son- and Dimitri's half brother. Brooke begged Edmund to give up his crusade,
but Edmund was hellbent on proving his blue blood. When he kidnapped Erica to
get back at Dimitri, it was the last straw for Brooke. Edmund finally got his
birthright and wanted Brooke back, but she had already agreed to marry Jamie's
daddy, Tad. They
Need A News Flash: Brooke and Edmund say it's over, but why don't we believe
them? Maybe it's because everytime we see them they're in a clinch or making cow
eyes at each other. Brooke and Edmund are only fooling themselves- we're not

and Erica:
The
Price is Right: As CEO of Enchantment Cosmetics, Erica was fit to be tied
when Dimitri announced that he was a major stockholder. Erica wanted the
arrogant Marick gone, until he came in handy during Adam's attempts to oust her
from the company. Wheel
of Fortune: Dimitri was married to Angelique, but that didn't stop him from
pursuing Erica. The more she resisted, the harder he pushed. The more she
resisted, the harder he pushed. Dimitri's persistence eventually paid off, and
their business was moved from the boardroom to the bedroom. Although madly in
love, Erica wasn't happy in the number-two spot. She said, "Hasta la vista,
baby," when Dimitri couldn't bring himself to leave the little missus. Jeopardy:
To Dimitri's surprise, Angelique was relieved when he finally admitted his love
for Erica. In Budapest, Dimitri and Erica shared a passionate reunion at his
family estate and became engaged. Life was great for about a minute. In short
order, Erica misinterpreted a tender moment between Dimitri and his ex, was
kidnapped by Edmund and ended up being stashed in Hugo's crypt by Helga. Love
Connection? A comatose Erica was rescued and carted off to Oak Haven, where she
recuperated. Dimitri tried, but it was a tough task convincing her that his
embrace with Angelique was innocent- especially since Erica has conveniently
come down with amnesia and is pretending to remember nothing of their romance.
Ms. Kane wants Dimitri, but she's determined to let him twist in the wind for a
