Off screen, the happily married John J. York says, 'I basically think romance is an ongoing process.' To prove it, he goes on to relate several romantic things he's done for his wife, Vicki. 'I went to New York once and I just left little love notes around the house. On a trip where I went away, I put my 8 x 10 headshot on the headrest of her car so that she wouldn't miss me. On one of our anniversaries, I bought Vicky a pair of diamond earrings... and they were there for her when she woke up. When she was pregnant with Schyler, we were struggling, I was waiting tables, but I made sure Vicki had three good meals a day. I would make her dinner, wrap it up and take it to her.
