Frisco seeks to protect friends from a killer.
Opry Land
Terry and Patrick end up Nashville where Terry signs up for an audition for the Grand Ole Opry. Sarah, her captive Lucy, Frisco, and Jake all end up in Nashville, looking for the duo. At the audition, Frisco stops Sarah from shooting Terry, who's onstage singing. Sarah confesses she murdered everyone to get revenge for Earl Moody's murder. Lucy's relieved to finally be going home, but Jake's reluctant to return and face Bobbie. On the plane, Lucy urges Jake not to tell Bobbie about their one night stand. At home, Lucy's cleared of all charges and a clueless Bobbie apologizes to Lucy and invites her to come back to work at GH.

Back on the Beat
After the Nashville adventure, Frisco's upset when Anna assigns him to a unglamourous case- a string of petty robbies reported by the PC Hotel bell captain in which out-of-town men were robbed, but all refused to press charges. Frisco gets a break when he questions one of the victim's wives and realizes her husband is covering up the incident. Putting the clues together, Frisco deduces the men were being blackmailed by women who would sleep with them then demand money in exchange for not telling the victims wives. The new hatcheck girl at Duke's Club, Hilliary, overhears Frisco's conversation with Felicia, and reports to her co-blackmailer Kate that they have to be careful or they'll get caught. These old friends of Sandy are in fact the very people blackmailing the out-of-towners.

Tiffany suggests a tango contest as a fundraiser at Duke's Club. The suggestion is well received and Frisco watches intently that night as out-of-towners would be present. Hillary's flirting with one of the contestants catches Frisco's eye, and his suspicions are confirmed when the man is robbed that night but refuses to press charges. Felicia's upset with his theory as Duke's Club doesn't need any more bad press. They set a trap with credit cards hoping Hilary will steal the cards, but she catches on and returns the cards. Frisco plots another trap after learning that a bruised up Kay lies that she slipped. He's sure she was beat up by one of her victims. Frisco arranges a trap, using a undercover cop posing as out-of-towner, and when one of the girls arrives and slips into bed with man, the other girl rushes in to take pictures to blackmail him. Unfortunately for them, the lights then flick on and they discover a dressed Frisco sitting in bed. He arrests the girls.
