Becoming
Sanctuary
Hurt, Felicia confronts Colton, wailing "You said you loved
her," and insisting he tell her all about Arielle. Colton claims only to have
flashbacks of making love to Arielle and not remembering anything else. Colton
soothes Felicia by making love to her after saying "You are the present and the
future." Ripley continues observing Colton, telling an unseen person on the
phone that Colton will soon get his memory back.
Believing Colton's blocking
something terrible, Tom hypnotizes him who remembers going to Greece after leaving the
Marines. There, he fell
in love with a girl named Arielle and at a mountaintop church named Sanctuary, she
introduced him to her friends. Supposedly dedicated to world peace, Colton joined
this group, living an idyllic life until one day he was taken into an interrogation room
in the chuch by marine MPs. Telling him Arielle was brainwashing him with drug-laced
tea, the so-called marines brainwashed him so that he "reverted" back into Sgt.
Shore, who's mission was now to kill Arielle and her friends. His mission code name
is now Sanctuary.
Remembering what happened,
a horrified Colton rushes out of Tom's office, rushing to the docks. Unaware of
what's going on with Colton, Felicia's upset that Colton missed the arts center opening,
so Robert accompanies her down the docks to find Colton. The two arrive to find Tom trying
to restrain Colton, who's having flashbacks of shooting at Arielle and another man.
"Oh, my God! I'm the one who murdered Frisco!" Colton shouts, devastating
Felicia who grabs a gun and threatens to shoot Colton. She can't do it, though and watches
devastated as Robert arrests Colton. Colton tries to apologize to Felicia, who
refuses to listen, and he insists to Robert that he be charged for the shooting.
Is She Faking It?
Harrison successfully removes the bullet in Olivia's spine. Later, Anna sneaks into her
room and when Olivia awakens, she claims she doesn't know who Anna is. Harrison thinks
Olivia's suffering from partial amnesia since she thinks it's still 1985, but Anna's sure
she's faking it. Calling Duke who's preparing to testify against the mob, Anna tells her
husband the lastest on Olivia. "It's a nightmare," she says.
Duke rejects the witness protection program because of the
danger to his family, but does consider the D.A.'s suggestion that he alone drop out of
sight. Out on bail, Victor visits and forgives Olivia, who's regressed to a five-year old,
and Scorpio has her arrested, telling Scott "We have to assume that Olivia is faking
her amnesia."
Premature Demise
The concert hall doorman, Pops, is found poisoned, with the letters D, O, and N
scribbled near his body. Robert doesn't buy Donnet being the murderer, and later finds
Kate at the cottage. She had fled for France because she was afraid for her life, only to
hear on the radio that she had been killed. Kate admits there have been other
"accidents" within the last five years and that "I feel safe for the first
time in weeks" (now that everyone thinks she's dead). They agree to keep up the
appearance that she's dead, and sexual tensions rise as the duo play house, though
sleeping in separate beds. Meanwhile, Kate's slimy fiancee and cousin toast her demise.
Despite liking playing house with Robert, Kate soon develops cabin fever.
Map to the Lost Civilization
Yasmine meets with the mysterious Domino, who refuses to be seen and uses a voice box to
distort his voice, and accepts her offer to produce the dragon bone if he gives her half
the profits. Colton's not happy playing along with Sean's plan, lamenting "All
I want is to be able to put my arms around Felicia, tell her how much I love her, marry
her, and be with her for the rest of my life. What am I doing? Protecting
Arielle." Sean refuses to let Felicia in on the plot, afraid for her safety,
and his abruptness with her only fuels Felicia's resolve to investigate Frisco's
death.
Colton tries to make amends with Felicia, but the couple only end up arguing
over Arielle. Darius identifies Felicia as the woman he gave the map (contained in a
portrait of Kate, but fails to swipe it back after mistakingly swiping an empty envelope
from her. She then give the portrait/map to Robert who has it x-rayed and demands a
clueless Sean tell him why there are two portraits of Kate. Pretending to be an art
expert, Charlie steals the portrait from the police lab, uses a solvent to uncover the
map, and tapes it to his chest for safe keeping. Yasmine will work to dicpher it.

Colton quits the WSB and breaks it off with
Arielle after Felicia tells him "As long as Arielle and the WSB stand between us, we
don't have a chance." Upset, Arielle runs to her uncle, Nicholas (who's really
Domino), who confesses to arranging her marriage in order to find the lost civilization
(via the dragonbone). Darius is one of his henchmen. Arielle agrees to help
her uncle with the stipulation that he helps her get revenge against Colton and Felicia,
and she doesn't want Larry hurt if possible. Sean's worried for Colton and Felicia's
safety when he realizes Arielle's involved with the enemy that the WSB's seeking when he
can't find any record of the private plane she took (to meet up with her uncle).
