Frisco's fellow policemen make an arched walkway for the couple with their batons, and after the couple reaches the end, Frisco exclaims: Well, we did it!  We're married!

Toasts are made to the happy couple, including one by Tony. Later, after working the receiving line, the happy newlyweds have their first dance as Frisco serenades his wife with "Lady of My Heart." Frisco: Lady of my heart, tell me who you are, you've waited int he dark, and I need you with me." Watching the couple dance, Sean and Monica discuss his surprise for the newlyweds and make plans for a rendezvous later. Neither know that Alan and his private eye are at that very moment searching Sean's penthouse.

Anna and Duke, meanwhile, are doing their best to annoy one another. He charms Robin, much to Anna's chagrin, and Anna's attempts to get Duke to discuss his possible mob connections fail repeated. Then, before Frisco and Felicia sweep off to the honeymoon, they throw the garter and bouquet. Felicia deliberate tosses the bouquet to Anna, who blushes afterwards when Duke, who's standing behind her, catches the garter.
