Finola was dating the handsome Michael Praed (Prince Michael, Dynasty) before 
coming to the US, where the two moved from NY to LA. She landed the role of 
Anna Devane about 3 months later. The duo made the cover for this 3/11 SOD's 
romantic real life couples in 1986.

In the early 90s, Finola married photographer and artist, Russell Young.
