the Dashing Scotsman
At the
Policeman's Ball, the mysterious Scotsman gave a sprig of heather to the
newly appointed co-police chief Anna Devane and began the game of
courtship for Anna's [not to mention little Robin's] heart. It
wasn't an easy courtship since both were on opposite ends of the law.
 1987-
It Takes Two to Tango
After breaking free from the
mob [temporarily as it turns out], Duke had a more dangerous enemy to
deal with... Robert Scorpio. Though divorced from Anna, Robert was very
protective of his first wife and their child. And Duke was very
possessive of mother and child as well. When she wasn't burning up the
dance floor with one of their sizzling tangos, poor Anna was playing
mediator between the two men in her life.
 1989-
Married, at last!
After a long and bumpy
courtship, Duke and Anna finally tied the knot in a glorious, extravagant
Scottish wedding before family and friends. Even Robert's late arrival
couldn't stop the ceremony, though a furious Duke threatened to go on
with the wedding without him.
