- 1/2-
Katherine's certain that Lucy is trying to take Deception away
from her and when Mac disagrees, Kat accuses him of falling
for Lucy's charms like all men do. Alexis tells Kevin that
their consultation arrangement has been outed by Emily. Kevin
assures her that he can still build a profile on Dorman
without interacting with the doctor. Jax intercepts Mac to
talk about Miranda. Mac tells Sonny he's not going to bend the
rules for him again.
- 2/20- Tom
stands Felicia up to try to get Katherine to agree to hypnosis. Mac,
Miranda and Felicia walk in, much to Katherine's relife. Mac pulls Tom
aside and tells him not to use Katherine in his vendetta against the
Cassadines and to stay away from Katherine. Tom counters that Mac has
a need to control the lives of women he's been involved with.
Katherine turns down Mac's offer to stay with him when she's released.
At The Outback, Mac observes Sonny and Jason and chats to Felicia
about the predictament he's in because the outlaws relationship to
Robin. Felicia tells him to look away. "Taggert may have it in
for you, Sonny, but he isn't a dirty cop," Mac retorts to Sonny's
suggestion that either Mac gets Taggert under control or fire him.
Scorpio also assures him that Taggert is not the person stalking
Brenda.
- 2/26- Brenda's being
held by Harry. Jason and Mac arrive to find Taggert and Sonny
exchanging barbs in a holding room which is sweltering. Mac reprimands
his officer and warns that if he finds out that Taggert tampered with
the thermostat he'll fire him. Jason and Sonny leave and, outside the
room, Sonny gets Jason to promise not to follow him. "Taggert,
you're a good cop. Don't wreck your career chasing someone who can't
be caught," Mac urges, finally getting Taggert to admit perhaps
he's gone too far. Their conversation is interrupted when Jax and
Miranda storm in and claim Brenda's missing. Mac puts out an APB.
- 2/27- Brenda and Sonny
try dealing with nutcase Harry, who is revealed to be working for
Dorman. At GH, Jason puts Dorman's accomplice nurse that he's watching
her. Alan's reassuring Jason that Robin is doing okay when Jax arrives and attacks
Morgan, demanding to know where Sonny
is. After Alan asks him to tell the worried Jax where his wife is,
Jason admits she left with Sonny last night. Katherine makes a big
entrance into Luke's hearing after Stefan doesn't clear Spenser and
pointedly asks what will happen if she remembers who shot her. Stefan
squirms and the charges against Luke are dropped, though Dara adds a
condition that Luke can't leave town.
- 2/28- Tom tells the
Spensers that Nikolas has been inquiring about Lesley's condition.
Jason brings Carly groceries and she jealously badmouths Robin to
Jason. "I am always the homewrecker, I am always the
mistress!" Carly whines and then goes on about Tony and Bobbie. Jax
feels guilty for kissing Miranda. Sonny refuses to beg for mercy and
throws into Harry's face that his call to Lily's dad with wrong
information was the real reason Lily died. Dorman continues harrassing
Monica.
- 3/3- Realizing Nikolas
won't let go of Laura and family, Stefan pays Laura a visit and orders
her and Leslie out of town or he'll tell Nikolas that he's his father.
Jax, Mike, Miranda and Jason realize something's wrong with Sonny and
Brenda, who are trapped in a cave-in with Harry's body. In front of
courtroom cameras, Kevin puts Dorman down, getting a punch in return.
Mac mediates between Taggert and the group as they try to figure out
what happened to Sonny and Brenda. Jason recognizes the name of
the person who called Sonny.
- 3/4- Tom surprises
Felicia with breakfast but she's weary and not entirely ready to
forgive him. Their reconciliation is derailed whe Luke arrives and
asks Tom to come check on Leslie, who seems to be regaining her
memory. Felicia and Tom argue over his obsession with the Cassadines
and she reminds him that Steve died of a heartattack. "You know,
some people would say you've been sleeping with a shrink too
long," Tom states and walks out. After Lucky prompts Nikolas to
help Leslie, Stefan calls Laura and orders her and Leslie to leave PC
and Luke immediately.
- 3/5- Kevin's doesn't
understand why Lucy's so upset about his brawl with Dorman. After
failing to stop him from agreeing to work for the Cassadines, Lucy
turns to Felicia. Initially refusing to help Lucy, Felicia reconsiders
since both Kevin and Tom are being involved with the Cassadines.
Bobbie's surprised when Felicia calls and asks if she can talk to her
about Stefan. Luke's caught off guard by Laura's announcement that
she's taken Lesley and leaving town. Emily shocks Alan and Monica when
she admits she spent the night in the park with Matt. Stefan question
Katherine why she didn't turn him in and as he leaves, Carly sees him.
- 3/7- Like Luke,
Felicia's not convince by Bobbie's claims that Stefan is a ethical and
wonderful human being, so unlike any of the other Cassadines.
- 3/24- Sonny tells
Jason discuss Dorman, who had refused to operate on Stone. Both
dislike the smarmy doc. Glancing over at a sleeping Robin, Jason
remarks that he couldn't take it if anything happened to her.
Sonny's grateful that Jason was able to talk Robin into going on the
protocol, and the two men compare notes between their relationships
with Robin and Brenda. Jax and Brenda wake up to the sunset
together.
- 4/1- A distracted
Carly instructs a determined Katherine not to overextend herself but
backs off after Katherine tells her that Tony suggested she would only
get stronger. Carly's insecure over Bobbie, who's recovering from
smoke inhiliation at GH, and Tony, who had to spend the night taking
care of Lucas.
- 4/2- Carly learns
that her adopted mom had a stroke. Luke stops Carly from leaving and
demands an update on Katherine and Stefan. He backs off when his
tearful neice explains her mom's in the hospital.
- 4/3- Seeing
Carly's distress, Luke tells her to go to her mom. He stays behind to
chat to Tony, who remarks what a depressing way to spend his birthday.
Tony's taken aback when Luke tells him that Katherine and Stefan have
"it going on." Luke ponders why women are so drawn to
Stefan. Both agree that Bobbie's getting suspicious. Tony tells his
stunned former brother-in-law that Bobbie was searching for Leslie's
death certificate when she got caught in a fire.
- 4/7 (?)- Brenda
confesses to Robin that she's got a separate hotel room so she can
think. Robin listens as Brenda tells her she's trying to work through
her pain killer addiction and her problem with men. Tony leaves Bobbie
and Luke alone to work things out. She demands an apology for Luke's
insinuation that Stefan is involved with Katherine. He only apologizes
for the fact that they argue all the time. Justus arrival is ackward
and Bobbie leaves. Luke and Justus are stunned when Tony says he's
rethinking taking his son away from his mother. Tony and Luke
reconnect but agree they don't want advice from the other about their
women. Brenda refutes Robin's claims that she's being strong and
confesses that she misses Sonny. She's grateful to hear that Robin
asked Sonny to stay away, since she can't seem to control herself
against him. Robin cradles her best friend as she breaks down.
Afterwards, she picks Jason up at Sonny's penthouse for a surprise
date. Robin assures him she's never make the mistake of taking him to
a theatre again. Later, they their disasterous theatre date and about
helping people. Jason has difficulties understanding why everyone
claims AJ is "drowing." Robin explains the guilt she feels
because she and Sonny got a wonderful gift in Jason Morgan while
others who loved Jason Quartermaine lost. "Whether you like it or
not, you inherited them when you took Jason's place," Robin
explains to her frustrated boyfriend. They argue about what he does
and doesn't owe to the Quartermaines. Her comment that he's strong
enough to handle the Qs gets through and they kiss. She's thrilled
when he asks her to dance. Luke's arrival prevents an angry Taggert
from shooting Sonny. "Pardon me, boys. A private shoot out, or
can any clown with a gun join in?" Spenser quips, quickly sizing
up the situation. After Taggert leaves, Sonny tells Luke that Taggert
was his stepfather's protege. Luke's quiet as Sonny talks about Deke's
abuse of him and his mother. Later, Luke listens to a despondent Lucky talk
about how much they're missing with LuLu and Laura being away from
them.
- 4/21- Jax
and Ned prevent a drugged out Emily from leaping off the roof. Lila
calls Jason for help. Carly sleeps with AJ, then lies to Tony about
where she was. Jason does CPR on a collapsed Emily. Reginald tells a
stunned Alan, Monica and Brenda that Emily's been taken to the
hospital. Dorman's belligent to Ned and Jason, who later insists to
his cousin that Sonny doesn't sell drugs.
- 4/22- Luke
and Sonny discuss Dorman and how Jason has been sniffing around the
dirty doc. Jason would be the first suspect if Dorman is killed.
"So, make sure Jason's having dinner with Robin and Mac Scorpio
somewhere real public the night of the accident,"Luke tells his
old pal. The duo piece together Dorman's movements and involvement
with Harry and the fact that it was Dorman who drugged Sonny. As Jason
looks on, an aguished Ned blames himself for not watching Emily more
closely. Jason calls Sonny and tells him that Dorman's treating Emily.
Luke urges Sonny to kill Dorman. A nervous Carly wants to prevent AJ
from telling Tony about their one night stand. Jax surprises Brenda
with the news that he's blackmailed himself back onto the ELQ board.
Tony refuses to help Luke lure Bobbie away from Stefan.
- 4/23- A thrilled
Carly covers her tracks upon learning that AJ can't remember anything.
Tony wonders where his girlfriend is. At GH, Brenda, Sonny and the Qs
worry about Emily. Ned surprised Brenda by saying that he's glad Lois
took Brooklyn away from his crazy family or else she might end up like
Emily. Jason tells a hungover AJ about Emily.
- Felicia tells Tom
and Mac that she doesn't think Kevin's the one playing computer
peekabo with her, but rather someone good at manipulating
computers.
- 8/8/97: Sonny and Brenda
are being held prisoner by Lily's crazy father. Brenda breaks down,
sobbing that she doesn't want to die. At Wyndemere, Katherine and
Stefan have a hard time keeping their hands off one another, much to
Alexis's displeasure. Lucky, who's still infatuiated with Sarah, meets
her baby sister, Elizabeth, following Liz's failed attempt to get Ruby
to serve her liquor. Nikolas seems taken with Sarah. Back in Port
Charles, Jason arrives at the bridge, much to Robin's relief. She
rushes into his arms, tearfully crying, "I want you to stay. I
want to stay with you forever." Jason describes how hard it's
been since she's been gone, how empty he's felt. "But I learned
something. I'm okay without you. I hate it. But I hate... hate it
worse if I was hurting you or keeping you from your life, Robin. I
want you to go. I want you to go to Paris, I want you to be happy and
not worry about me." Nodding, with tears running down her face,
Robin sadly agrees, "That's the plan. Stand a bridge, over the
Seine, look up at the historic buildings, learn to think in a
different language... forget about this bridge... your face. And how
it feels to love you." They discuss how she can't live in denial
and unhappiness the way that Brenda does with Sonny. "I'm kinda
glad that that's not what you want either. Because your future is so
important to you and you should have it," he adds. They discuss
what faith is and Robin reiterates that she will always love him. The
couple reiterate their love, both understanding that breaking up is
necessary for them to move forward with their lives.
- 12/16- Tony stuns
Alan with the news that Carly claims her baby's father is Jason.
Meanwhile, Carly
tells Jason that Bobbie is her biological mother and relates her
family background. She also tells him what she did to AJ and Tony.
He's taken aback when she adds that she told Tony that Jason was in
love with Robin but sleeping with her at the same time. An upset Lucy
and Jax deal with Brenda, who's having a nervous breakdown. Both are
horrified to realize that the cameras were still rolling when Brenda
wigged out and scramble to squash the story. Nikolas wakes up in the
hospital and is unable to speak.
