Sean: "Robert. Anna. Costume party? Is that it? Believe me, those masks just don't work."

Robert (removes his mask): "Well it wouldn't have been much of a costume party anyway. (He smiles)

Sean: "Oh, I insist. Why don't we have the party here?"

Anna (removes her mask and gives him a sarcastic smile) "Please. Please. We're disturbing your beauty sleep."

Sean: "Oh, I'm glad you did. I would have hated to have missed you."

Robert: "Next time we'll make an appointment."

Sean: "Will there be a next time?"

Robert: "You never know. Then again, that's up to you. Why don't you make it easy for everybody?"

Sean: "How do you suggest I do that?"

Anna (annoyed): "Oh come on. You know damn well."

Sean: "Do you think I'd be stupid enough to hide any part of that treasure here? If I had it and which I don't?"

Robert: "Prove it."

Anna: "Yeah."

Sean: "I don't have to prove anything to you. And I suggest you carry a search warrant the next time around."

Robert: "Thank you for the tip." (He motions Anna to leave)

Sean: "I have a piece of advice for you. Clean up your act. It's pretty sloppy." (He smiles)

Anna (feigns insult): "Well I wouldn't say we deserved that one."

Robert: "No. I mean, you know what they say, haste makes wa..."

Sean: "You two having fun?"

Robert: "Well it wasn't a total waste." (He gives Sean a smirk)

Sean: "Just get out of here before I lose my sense of humor."

Robert: "Always leave on a laugh I say."

Anna: "Yes, shall we?"

Sean: "See you two clowns. You're lucky I looked before I shot."

Robert (in a teasing tone): "Now now, we're leaving. Can't we have a little less of the bitterness?" (Anna tries not to laugh, but she lets out a little giggle)

Sean: "Hmm. Use the elevator next time. Or better yet-call up." (He laughs as they walk out) "Good night."

Robert (pokes his head back in the door): "Enjoy your milk and cookies."
