The Jones' Christmas
Frisco (as they
enter the apartment): "What a dinner! I won't be able to eat for a week."
Felicia: "I'll remind you of that tomorrow. Tania's a wonderful cook, isn't she?"
Frisco: "She is. And you will be, too, when you've had some practice."
Felicia: "With your appetite, I'll have to be a gourmet." (Frisco goes over and turns on the christmas tree lights and turns off the other room lights. Felicia goes into his arms.)
Frisco: "That's better, isn't it?"
Felicia: "It's perfect. I wish we could leave the tree up all year."
Frisco: "It's been a pretty terrific day, hasn't it?"
Felicia: "The best christmas I've ever had. I'm so much in love with you, Frisco." (They kiss.)
Frisco: "You know what makes this christmas so special?"
Felicia: "What?"
Frisco: "It's the last one we'll spend together... as single people."
Felicia: "Yes. Next year, we'll be Mister and Misses Andrew Jones."
Frisco: "Do we have to put that on the marriage license?"
Felicia: "I don't care what name you use, as long as I become Mrs. Jones." (They kiss again.)
Frisco: "And the year after that, maybe we'll have a little Frisco, so I can play Santa Claus." (Another kiss.)
Felicia: "And the year after that, another little Jones..." (Kiss) "...and then another..." (Kiss) "...and another..."
Frisco: "Hold it. How many babies can a poor undercover cop afford?"
Felicia: "As many as he has, I guess." (They kiss again, as there is a soft knock on the door.)
Frisco: "Come in." (Tony and Tania enter with a container of egg nog.)
Tony: "I hope we're not interrupting."
Frisco: "You are, but come in anyway."
Tania: "We thought we should have one last glass of egg nog, before the holiday ends."
Felicia: "I'll get some mugs."
Frisco: "You were in fine voice today, brother."
Tony: "So were you. You don't know how good it felt, having you back, safe and sound. All of us together, again." (Felicia brings over mugs and the egg nog is poured.)
Tania: "It was a wonderful day."
Frisco (with his arm around Tony): "It's been a hell of a year, for all of us. But this moment makes up for all the pain." (He holds up his mug for a toast.) "Merry Christmas. To all of us." (They all toast with "Merry Christmas".)
They drink the toast, give hugs all around, and with arms around one another, their smiles are illuminated in the glow of the christmas tree lights. Then the scene fades out to commercial & the end of the show.
