Sean and Monica at GH
The scene takes place in Sean's hospital room on the 7th floor of General Hospital.  It's the morning of Christmas day.  Sean's having breakfast when Monica arrives with a christmas present. This is taken from a script, so the actual aired scene maybe a little different, depending on how much the scene was ad-libbed from the script.

Monica: "Merry Christmas, Sean."

Sean: "Merry Christmas to you, too."  (She hands him the gift.)   "What's this?"

Monica: "Open it and see."

Sean: "Are you this good to all your patients?"

Monica: "I don't buy them all presents, if that's what you mean."

(He unwraps the gift, and it's a beautifully bound 1986 appointment book.)  Sean: "It's beautiful.  Thank you, Monica."

Monica: "You're very welcome."

Sean:   "I don't know if I'll have much use for it in prison."

Monica: "I think you'll be very busy running your company in 1986."

Sean: "Thanks for the encouraging words.  When will Rick find out about my blood tests?"

Monica: "The lab's closed today.  Not until tomorrow."

Sean: "So, I have one more day to worry about it."

Monica: "Look on the bright side.  It's one more day of freedom."

Sean: "Once Rick finds out for sure that I'm not sick, my freedom's over."

Monica: "Maybe the Governor's pardon will come through before then."

Sean: "Maybe."

Monica: "I want you to forget about that for today, Doctor's orders.  It's Christmas, and we're having a party."

Sean: "Here?"

Monica: "Absolutely.  The General Hospital Annual Christmas bash."

Sean: "And I'm invited?"

Monica: "Of course!  Frisco and Felicia, and Anna and Robin expect you."

Sean: "Does the whole town show up for this bash?"

Monica: "Just about.  Bobbie and the whole group from the brownstone are coming."

Sean: "Have you heard anything more about that murder?"

Monica: "No, the police are investigating, but they don't even know who the victim was."

Sean: "It's unbelieveable.  Finding a perfect stranger, stabbed to death in your living room."

Monica: "From what I read, they don't have a clue about the murderer."
