Camillia meets Robin and Anna
Sister Camilla McKay, a trained nurse, arrived in Port Charles with many agenda, one of which is to locate her father, Angus, and Duke Lavery. After she faints from seeing a picture of Duke in the newspaper, Tony examines her and promises not to tell her Mother Superior about the fainting. He invites her over to dinner and later Tania offers to take Camilla to the library the next day. This scene takes around the nurses' station. Jade is introducing Camilla to Patrick, Yank, Sandy, and some nurse named Mindy. Everyone then departs, leaving Camilla alone to wait for Tania, who then steps out the elevator with Robin in tow.

Tania (holding Robin's hand): "Oh, Sister, I'm sorry if we kept you waiting."

Camilla: "Oh no, no. I just finished a meeting with Dr. Hardy and then Jade was introducing me to more of the staff."

Tania (putting her arm around Robin and stroking her hair): "Oh, I want you to meet Robin."

Camilla: "Your little girl?"

Tania: "No, I wish she was."

Robin: "Tania's got a brand new little girl." (Camilla laughs.)

Tania: "That's right. This is Robin Soltini and she's the daughter of a couple of friends of ours, and her housekeeper's out today at the big January white sale, so we're gonna take her to the library."

Camilla (leaning down): "Well, I'm very happy to meet you, Robin."

Robin: "Thank you. It's very nice to meet you too, Sister."

Camilla: "That's Sister Mary Camilla." (Robin nods.)

Tania: "Okay, should we get going now?"

Camilla: "Yes."

Robin: "Yes." (The trio get into the elevator.)

Camilla: "Where's your baby, Tania?"

Tania (pushing the elevator buttons): "Well, Amy Vining offered to watch her. She's a nurse here at the hospital and she had a day off, so she volunteered." (Camilla nods and looks over at Robin as the elevator closes.)

Yank and Patrick, having come back to the nurses' station, watch as the group as the elevator closes. Patrick: "You know something, Yank?"

Yank: "What's that?"

Patrick: "Sister Camilla'd be a knock out without that habit." (Yank gives him a look and walks off. Patrick calls after him.) "Well, she would!"

The scene fades out, then returns later. Tania, Robin, and Camilla come inside the library and glance around.
Camilla (to Tania): "Why don't I, uh, just browse while you do what you need to do?" (She drops her purse on the floor and bends to pick it up.) "Oh, excuse me."

Tania: "All right. Well, I'll take Robin over to the childrens books and I'm going over to the educational section myself."

Camilla: "Are you looking for anything specific?"

Tania: "Yeah, there's a new book out. And um, it relates mostly to coordination and motor skillsf ro infants, so I'm going to see what that's all about."

Robin (looking up at Tania): "For little Barbara?"

Tania (cupping Robin's face with her hands): "That's right." (Robin laughs.) "Okay, you want to get going?"

Robin: "Yes." (She starts to rush off.)

Camilla (to Tania): "Take all the time you want."

Robin (saying over her shoulder to Camilla as she rushes off): "We'll be back soon." (Tania starts to follow after Robin.)

Tania (to Camilla): "Okay."

Camilla (looking around): "I'll... I'll just... this is a wonderful library." (She browsing around, then goes over to the reference librarian.) "I was wondering if you could help me."

Librarian: "Of course, Sister. What can I do for you?"

Camilla: "I would like to see back issues of the Port Charles newspaper."

Librarian: "Starting when?"

Camilla: "From October 1986."

Librarian (getting up): "Those will be on microfilm." (She goes over to a desk and chair.) "You can run it off right here." (She then rifles a nearby drawer and pulls out a reel.) "Here we are." (She puts it down on the table in front of Camilla, who's now seated at the desk.) "Everything before today's is on film. But I have today's newspaper. Would you like to see it?"

Camilla (quickly) : "Yes, please." (The librarian retrieves the paper and puts it on the desk before Camilla. Camilla considers looking at the microfilm, but decides to look at the newspaper first. She unfolds it, flips the page and stops dead when she sees the article with Duke's picture concerning the knife attack. She stares at the picture, looks around to make sure no one is watching her, and tears the image out with a shaking hand. She then just stares at the picture and jumps when she hears Robin's voice from behind her.)

Robin (who's just come up behind her and is holding an open book): "Why did you do that?"

Camilla (breathless, turns quickly to Robin): "What? Oh, Robin. Do what?"

Robin (motioning to the image in Camilla's hand): "Tear out the picture of Uncle Duke."

Camilla (suprised): "Uncle Duke? He's your uncle?"

Robin (shaking her head): "No, he's not my uncle. I just call him that."

Camilla (smiles a little): "Then you know him well?"

Robin (grins): "Oh sure. He's gonna be my daddy when he gets out of jail." (Camilla stops smiling, looking astonished.) "I already have a daddy, but Uncle Duke is going to be my second daddy when he marries my mommy." (Robin then skips off, leaving Camilla speechless.)

The scene fades out, then returns. The setting is Duke's Club, where a haggard Felicia is having a bad day. Frisco's late and Felicia is apologzing to the band, who's set up on the stage for rehearsal.
Felcia (to the band): "I promise, it'll just be five more minutes. He'll be here in just five minues. That's all. Five minutes." (She storms away from the stage, muttering under her breath, and goes over to a table near the club entrance.)

Frisco (just walking in): "Hi, honey."

Felicia (whirling around): "Frisco!"

Frisco: "What?"

Felicia: "The band is waiting."

Frisco: "Well, I got here as fast as I could, baby."

Felicia (in a huff): "Do you realize they start getting paid as soon as they get here, do you realize that?"

Frisco (taking his coat off): "I know. We'll get working right away here, but I have another job that needs me eight hours a day, okay?"

Felicia: "Fine."

Frisco: "Okay."

Felicia: "You know, if you give me a kiss, I'll feel a lot better."

Frisco (teasing): "Well, honey, you said the band is on the clock."

Felicia (testily): "Well, just a quickie."

Frisco: "Oh, okay." (They kiss. They grin at one another, he clears his throat, and starts to walk over to the band.)

Felicia (calling after him): "I feel better." (She sits down at the table again to do some paperwork while he goes over and starts practicing with the band. Tania, Robin, and Camilla then arrive.)

Tania: "Hi, Felicia." (Felicia gets up and they join her."

Robin: "Hi, hi, Felicia!"

Tania: "I want you to meet Sister Mary Camilla. Sister, this is Felicia Jones."

Felicia: "Hello." (She shakes Camilla's hand.)

Camilla: "How do you do?"

Tania (motioning to the stage): "And that's her husband up there. That's Frisco Jones up with the band."

Felicia (apologizing): "Um, I'd introduce you, but he's with the band right now and they get paid, and I don't want to butt in."

Tania (laughs and takes her coat off): "That's my brother-in-law."

Camilla (referring to Frisco): "A singer?"

Felicia: "Oh, he's a cop. He's a detective right now."

Camilla (looking around): "Do you run this place?"

Felicia: "Duke's Club? Well, uh, we're all sorta pitching in until he comes back."

Robin: "Can we watch Frisco rehearse?"

Felicia: "Well, of course." (To Tania) "Is that okay?"

Tania: "Oh, yeah, sure, I don't mind, for a little..." (She stops and addresses Camilla.) "..except, uh, Sister... do..."

Camilla (stops looking around when she realizes Tania is addressing her): "Yes?"

Tania: "Um... I don't know if, you know, night clubs are really your kind of place, if you have, um..."

Camilla (firmly): "I would love to hear the music."

Robin (to Camilla): "Isn't this a beautiful place?"

Camilla: "Oh, yes."

Felicia: "Well, you should see it when we have the lighting just right. It's even more attractive. You've never been in a night club before, have you?"

Camilla: "I've never been in a place as attractive as this."

Frisco (to the band): "Let's run this thing through, huh?"

Robin (grinning): "He's going to sing. He's really good, Sister. He's my god-father. I have three."

Camilla: "Your cup runneth over." (She puts her arm around Robin. The band starts up, Frisco tosses his coat over the back of a chair, and begins to sing. Felicia and gang look on.)

Frisco (rehearsing his song, ignoring Robin and gang): "I can see it when your sleeping. Girl you seem so far away. And my arms can try to keep you, but my heart knows it's too late. So if you need your freedom oh, I won't stand in your way. But if it's not what you're looking for, my heart is a beat away. I'll be there, when you need my arms around you..."

Tania (whispering to Felicia): "So, tell me, how are things going?"

Felicia: "Crazy. But I had one break this morning."

Robin (to Camilla): "Isn't he good looking?"

Camilla (laughs): "Yes."

Robin (laughs, then says proudly): "Oh, all my god-fathers are good looking. But of course, Uncle Duke is the handsomeist of all." (Camilla looks upset again, as Frisco continues to sing in the background.)

Frisco: "...no matter where, you now are, I'll be there."

The scene fades out, then returns later. Anna arrives and stops near the entrance, smiling proudly when she sees Frisco singing. Robin, sitting in Tania's lap, is seated with Felicia, Camilla, and Tania, all of which are facing Frisco, so no one notices Anna coming in. Frisco is finishing his song.

Frisco: "...I'll be there, when you need my arms around you. And if it all goes wrong, I'll be there and if the loneliness surrounds you, I'll be there. Girl you know that I'll be there." (He finishes, and Robin, Tania, Felicia, Camilia, and Anna clap. Robin turns, spots Anna, and runs over to her.)

Robin: "Mommy!"

Anna: "Hi, darling."

Robin: "Look, we're all here." (They hug.)

Anna: "I can see you are."

Robin (holding onto both of Anna's hands): "I have someone very nice for you to meet."

Anna (looks over to the table where Frisco has joined Felicia, Tania, and Camilla): "You do? Oh, who's that? Oh, that Sister over there?"

Robin: "Yes, her name is Sister Mary Camilla."

Anna: "Um hmm. Well."

Robin: "She's learning things about hospital training."

Anna: "Well, I'd like to meet her then. Shall I?" (Robin nods.) "Okay." (They walk over to the group.) "Hello everyone, hi."

Tania: "Hi, Anna. I want you to meet a new friend of mine. Sister, this is Anna Devane."

Anna (extending her hand): "How do you do?"

Camilla (shaking Anna's hand): "Nice to meet you."

Anna: "Nice to meet you too."

Tania (stroking Robin's hair): "Robin's mom."

Anna (proudly smiling down at Robin): "That's right."

Camilla: "Oh, yes, Robin said something at the library."

Anna: "Uh huh."

Robin (looking up at Anna): "Where have you been, Mommy?"

Anna (strokes Robin's face): "Well, I popped for a short visit to see Duke." (Everyone's quiet for a moment.)

Frisco (giving Anna a knowing look, as the reason Anna had visited Duke as because of the newspaper article they saw that morning): "Um, is he alright?"

Anna (smiles and nods): "Yeah."

Camilla (to Anna): "I'm.. I've... I meet so many people today, I think I'm confused. Robin said something about her mother and Uncle Duke?"

Robin: "Oh, no, remember, he's not my uncle. Remember, I explained."

Anna: "I'm engaged to be married to Duke Lavery. And uh, well..." (She drops her purse into a chair and takes off her coat.) "... he's away at the moment."

Robin: "But he's coming back."

Anna: "Well, he most certainly is, darling, yes."

Robin (to Camilla): "Do you know about my Uncle Duke?"

Camilla: "No. Not really."

Anna: "Sweetheart, you heard the Sister say she's met a lot of people today and she's rather confused. So we'll leave Uncle Duke for another day, okay?"

Robin: "Okay."

Anna: "Good."

Camilla (solemnly to Anna): "I hope you'll be very happy."

Anna (smiles): "Well, we shall, thank you."

Robin: "It's going to be nice having a daddy around the house all the time."

Anna: "Yes, it will." (She leans down and kisses Robin's head.)
